It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to write a commentary on an excellently written article about an interesting topic. Our comments stem from two perspectives. The first is from that of a professor who teaches research processes courses to entry-level students and who is constantly looking for good examples of research studies that are presented in well-written articles. The second is from the perspective of researchers who are interested in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy (CP).
From the professor point of view, the authors present a very logical introduction that builds broadly from a theoretical perspective and then funnels down to a research hypothesis. The methods of the study are explained in enough detail to allow replication.…
